Nashua, NH — The presidential primary press corp was shocked into silence today when a transgender Paul Revere defied a police order and walked into a Republican leadership summit to hand out anti-corruption flyers.

Revere, a silversmith who was male when he raced on horseback to alert the Colonial militia that “the British are coming” just prior to the battles of Lexington and Concord, chose Patriots Day 2015 to alert 19 GOP presidential primary candidates about the corrupting influence of money in politics (and to become a woman).
